Apartment Complex
For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget, ensuring to include all of the client's priorities. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
Commercial
Working as the Construction Manager for Mexican Industries, White Construction completed this 102,000 SF project to house the company’s automotive component manufacturing operations. Working in conjunction with BEI Associates, White Construction built an 88,000 SF warehouse facility and a two story 14,000 SF administrative building. This $5,000,000 project completed the operations campus for the automotive supplier.
Industrial
Beaubien Farms LLC constructed this residential and commercial building in Detroit, Michigan. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.
Educational
The David Adamany Undergraduate Library was a newly constructed masonry and steel structure located in the heart of Wayne State University’s campus. The 300,000 SF research facility features a 100 plus seat auditorium, multi media learning center, private seminar area, group study rooms, individual study areas, exhibit space, offices, and bookstore.
Apartment Complex

Religious
This new 45,000 SF facility is comprised of classrooms, conference and banquet rooms, a full service commercial grade kitchen, and a multi purpose room that doubles as a gymnasium and special events center. The church property is located on a 3.5 acre site with two surface parking lots that together accommodate a total of 165 cars.
Residential
Woodbridge Estates is a newly constructed subdivision consisting of multi family residential dwellings. Collaborating with DeMaria Associates, White Construction served as the Construction Manager for the duration of this project to deliver various residential structures, including single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and townhouses. The neighborhood also features a community center, various parks, and retail shops.
